A: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email Sovereignbotanicalskin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

A: We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at Sovereignbotanicalskin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
